Trained in Swedish massage and Deep Tissue techniques I offer focused therapeutic and remedial body work that will leave you feeling grounded and revitalised. 

My approach is that deep sensual relaxation creates the space for the deepest restoration and rejuvenation. 

I work with breath and essential oils and long fluid strokes to relax the body and nervous system, paired with rhythmical and deep sustained pressure for myo fascial, trigger point and muscle knot relief from aches and strains alongside body to body passive stretch movements.
