A Therapist With Lived Experience

My connection with massage began over 25 years ago during my own therapeutic journey, when bodywork helped me overcome tension, guardedness, and disconnection from touch. Experiencing how transformative safe, conscious touch can be inspired me to train professionally in 1998 and I remain committed and passionate about the work I offer.

Since then, I have treated thousands of clients, including dancers, gym enthusiasts, pilots, musicians, farriers, men recovering from trauma, clients with ME, and many who simply seek calm, comfort, and deep relaxation in a fast, and noisy world.

My studio is a calm, quiet, and warmly lit space, with fresh towels and a relaxing atmosphere to support you from the moment you arrive.
