Hello, I’m Iain, the founder of Inner Tide Spiritual Well-Being.
I created Inner Tide with one simple goal: to give people a place where they can slow down, switch off from the pressures of everyday life, and focus on themselves for a while.
Modern life can be demanding. Whether you’re balancing work, family commitments, training at the gym, or simply dealing with the stresses that build up over time, it’s easy to forget the importance of looking after your own wellbeing. That’s where I can help.
I offer a range of professional massage and relaxation therapies tailored to your individual needs. Every session is designed around you—whether you’re looking to ease muscle tension with a deep tissue massage, relax with a Swedish massage, enjoy the soothing warmth of hot stones, or simply take an hour to recharge both body and mind.
One thing that makes Inner Tide different is flexibility. You can visit my peaceful treatment space for an in-house appointment or, if you prefer the comfort of your own surroundings, I also offer a mobile service, bringing relaxation directly to your home.
For me, wellbeing is about more than just massage. It’s about creating a calm, welcoming environment where you can leave feeling lighter, more relaxed and ready to face whatever life brings next. Every client is treated with respect, professionalism and genuine care, because I believe everyone deserves time to look after themselves.
Building Inner Tide has been a passion of mine, and I’m committed to helping every client experience the physical and mental benefits that regular relaxation can bring. Whether you’re visiting for the first time or returning as a regular client, my aim is always the same—to provide a personalised experience that leaves you feeling your very best.
If you’ve been thinking about taking some time for yourself, consider this your sign. Book an appointment, unwind, and discover how just one hour dedicated to your wellbeing can make a real difference.
I look forward to welcoming you to Inner Tide Spiritual Well-Being—whether that’s in my treatment room or in the comfort of your own home.
